At PawpiChew, your satisfaction (and your pup’s tail wags!) mean everything to us. Each chew is crafted with care and inspected before shipping — but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.

🐾 Returns

Due to the nature of pet products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
    •    Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    •    It must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    •    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved.

💸 Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the standard shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

🐕 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@pawpichew.ca with photos of the product and packaging.
We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your PawpiChew box right to your doorstep.

Please note: During holidays or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher demand.

🇨🇦 Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship across all Canadian provinces and territories.
    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    •    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

🌎 International Shipping

We’re working hard to bring PawpiChew worldwide!
For now, international shipping is available upon request — please contact us at info@pawpi.ca for a custom quote and delivery timeline.

🐾 Delivery

Our packages are delivered by trusted carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS.
If you live in a rural or remote area, delivery times may vary slightly.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t take responsibility for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

💥 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your PawpiChew box arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:
    •    Contact us at info@pawpi.ca within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
    •    Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We’ll work with our carrier partners to find a fast and fair resolution — whether that’s a replacement or refund.
