All Pawpi products are designed for supervised use only. Our chews are non-edible and intended strictly for play, dental stimulation, and stress relief. While each item is made from durable, non-toxic materials, no chew toy is indestructible. Pet owners are responsible for monitoring wear and replacing products as needed to prevent potential choking hazards.
Pawpi and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or misuse resulting from improper supervision or use of our products. By purchasing and using Pawpi products, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to use them at their own discretion.
Shipping Policy
All Pawpi orders are processed with care and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days, while U.S. orders may take 5–10 business days, depending on carrier delays. Orders over $75 CAD (Canada) and $100 CAD (U.S.) qualify for free shipping.
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@pawpi.ca. Our team will gladly work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
