Refund Policy

At Pawpi, your satisfaction (and your pup’s happiness) means everything to us. Each chew is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 10 days of delivery and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email).

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used chews or opened packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@pawpi.ca within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the product and packaging, and our team will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and if your order included free shipping, a small deduction may apply to cover initial shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
